Monthly Support Group Meetings

Offered the first Tuesday of each month (for patients) and the third Tuesday of each month (for caregivers) from 6:30-8:00 pm via Zoom. Please contact Kathy Valentino at 609-433-6333 or by email at kathy@joandancyandpals.org to be added to the email list.

Patient Care/Home Visits

Our nurse, Pat Schaeffer, and social worker, Irene Stanton, communicate often with our patients and make regular visits to their homes to assess any needs that we can help with.

Medical Equipment Loan Program

We provide hospital beds, mattresses, bed tables, wheel chairs, hoyer lifts, commodes, ramps, and walkers when needed.
